The Menu: Begin with an opening glass of Prosecco, followed by roasted oysters, Salty Bread and butter, and a Seasalt Caesar salad. The meal continues with whole roasted Ōra King salmon and slow-roasted lamb leg pasta featuring locally sourced lamb from Dodon Farm, alongside seasonal vegetables.
For dessert, choose between apple crisp or affogato, served with coffee or tea.
A seafood platter for the table is available as an optional add-on at the time of booking.
All additional menu items and beverages, including alcohol (beer, wine, cocktails) and non-alcoholic options, are available à la carte.
