D. Information Collected via Wi-Fi (Beambox)

When accessing Seasalt’s Wi-Fi network provided by Beambox, guests may be required to provide an email address. By signing in, guests agree to Beambox’s Terms & Conditions and allow Seasalt to use the provided email address for marketing communications.

E. Information Collected Through Point-of-Sale (Toast)

When guests place an order, make a payment, or request a digital receipt through Toast, we may receive certain personal information, including email addresses, phone numbers, purchase details, and payment-related data. This information may be used for operational purposes or added to our marketing list as permitted under applicable laws.
Toast maintains its own independent Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern how Toast collects, uses, and stores customer information.

Photography & Media

Seasalt occasionally captures photography or video inside the restaurant for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels. While our focus is on the restaurant environment, guests may appear incidentally in some images.

If you appear in any photograph published by Seasalt and prefer it not be used, you may request its removal by contacting us at marketing@seasaltannapolis.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the image where feasible.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Seasalt may repost, share, or feature content that guests publicly post on social media and tag @seasaltannapolis or otherwise reference the restaurant. By tagging Seasalt in publicly viewable content, you grant us permission to repost or share that content on our social media channels, website, or marketing materials, with credit to your original post when appropriate.

If you prefer that your content not be shared, please contact us at marketing@seasaltannapolis.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it where feasible.

Sharing of Information

  • Beambox to provide in-restaurant Wi-Fi
