Past selections have included oysters from Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Prince Edward Island, the Pacific Northwest, and occasionally international regions such as New Zealand. Our team curates each day’s lineup with a focus on freshness, seasonality, and distinct regional character.
Our oyster selection changes daily and reflects the best offerings available from both coasts. Served with cocktail sauce, varietal mignonette, and seasoned rice crisps.
